About this Stone
As we completed our waddle around Vorderer Gosausee, it was time to leave our final little surprise behind. Nestled inside the hollow of a moss-covered tree trunk, our last penguin stone now watches over the trail, waiting patiently for a lucky explorer to find it. It felt like the perfect ending to an unforgettable walk around one of Austria’s most beautiful lakes, leaving behind one final piece of our adventure for someone else to discover.
