About this Stone
One of the highlights of our adventure through Silberkarklamm was reaching this spectacular waterfall, where crystal-clear mountain water crashes down through the narrow gorge. Fed by the surrounding Dachstein Mountains, the waterfalls have been carving limestone for thousands of years, creating the dramatic landscape visitors enjoy today. We stopped here to admire the power of nature and, of course, hid another penguin stone nearby for an adventurous explorer to discover.
