#1301 Tree Trunk

📍 Tree Trunk, Lednice, Czechia

About this Stone

We waddle through Lednice Castle Gardens once again, following the paths through a park that covers almost 200 hectares (494 acres). What we see today is largely an English-style landscape park shaped by generations of the Liechtenstein family, with old trees, ponds, canals, bridges and kilometres of paths to explore. Some parts feel more like a forest than a castle garden, which also means plenty of little corners to hide a penguin stone. 🐧 And, of course, we can’t leave Lednice without leaving one behind. This time, a tree trunk becomes the new home for another penguin, waiting for its next adventurer to find it.
