About this Stone
Our bike adventure took us south of Bratislava to Rusovské Jazero, a peaceful lake surrounded by greenery near Rusovce. The lake has a gravel-sand bottom and clear water, and its water quality is regularly monitored by the Regional Public Health Authority. Thanks to its location right next to the cycling route, it is a popular summer stop for cyclists and inline skaters looking to cool down. It is also known as a naturist spot, so don’t be surprised if you come across a few people enjoying the lake without swimsuits! We arrived here as part of our bike adventure, took some time to enjoy the quiet surroundings, and, of course, hid a penguin stone near Rusovské Jazero before hopping back on our bikes and continuing our waddle on two wheels.
