About this Stone
This 1.6-kilometer gorge carved by the Radovna River sits on the edge of Triglav National Park, straddling two municipalities in the northwestern region. Dramatic cliffs rise to 100 meters, framing turquoise waters and lush greenery throughout the valley. The impressive 13-meter Šum Waterfall is a highlight of the walk. The route itself is relatively easy and takes about one to two hours depending on your pace and how often you pause to soak in the scenery—though photography enthusiasts may find themselves lingering longer. The stone was tucked into a lovely tree near the end of the main path, nestled behind branches and camouflaged with greenery for a bit of extra challenge.
