About this Stone
A hill reaching 512 meters, the highest point in the city, offering stunning panoramic views of Barcelona and the surrounding coastline. The Sagrat Cor church crowns the summit—an iconic neo-Gothic structure topped with a statue of the Sacred Heart. One of the most charming features is the amusement park, one of the oldest in the world, which has operated since 1901. The park retains its vintage character with nostalgic rides including the Avió, a plane-shaped attraction that simulates a flight over the city below, offering a glimpse into early 20th-century leisure and wonder.
