About this Stone
This picturesque mountain lake sits at an elevation of 1,346 meters in the High Tatras, surrounded by towering peaks and dense forests. Its crystal-clear waters were formed by glacial activity thousands of years ago, and despite being relatively shallow, the lake remains frozen for much of the year due to its high altitude. It’s one of the most popular tourist destinations in the region, drawing visitors in both summer and winter for skiing, ice skating, and scenic hiking. An autumn afternoon stroll led to the discovery of a perfect hiding spot here, though the stone settled a little deeper underneath another stone—you might need to get your hands dirty to find it.
