About this Stone
Near the trail, a dramatic landscape of limestone towers rises from the forest floor. These formations, known locally as the rocky peaks here, are a protected natural area shaped by millions of years of erosion. The rocks themselves originated from ancient seabed sediments, a reminder that this spot was once underwater long before climbers and hikers discovered its appeal. Today, the unusual shapes and quiet forest setting draw nature lovers, photographers, and climbers seeking both adventure and solitude.
