About this Stone
This hilltop park offers one of the best panoramic views of the city’s Inner Harbor and skyline, especially beautiful at sunset. The hill itself carries fascinating history: during the Civil War, it served as a Union Army fort to prevent Confederate uprisings. Today it’s a peaceful green space where locals come to picnic, jog, and watch fireworks over the harbor.
