About this Stone
One penguin stone is hiding along the path leading from the Top of Salzburg viewpoint toward the glacier at Kitzsteinhorn. As we waddled across the high-alpine landscape, surrounded by snow and ice even in summer, it felt like the perfect place to leave one of our penguins. Keep an eye on the rocky edges beside the trail rather than the snow itself—you’ll find the stone tucked safely among the rocks, waiting for the next explorer to discover it. Just remember to stay on the marked path while searching and enjoy one of Austria’s most spectacular glacier views along the way.
