About this Stone
The stairs down to this waterfall are part of the final approach, with around 150 steps leading from the parking area into a lush valley below. As you descend, the sound of rushing water grows steadily louder, and the first glimpses of turquoise cascades appear through the trees. The Trebižat River forms the waterfall system, one of the most powerful and scenic in the region, especially dramatic during spring when water levels peak. The journey back up holds its own reward—a small surprise tucked somewhere along the path.
