#1238 Holmenkollen Chapel

Holmenkollen Chapel, Oslo, Norway

About this stone

As we continued to waddle through the forests of Holmenkollen, we came across Holmenkollen Chapel, a charming wooden chapel surrounded by trees. The chapel dates back to 1903 and was rebuilt after a devastating fire in 1992, with the new building preserving its traditional Norwegian style. Close to the chapel, tucked between two rocks, another penguin stone is hiding and waiting for its next adventurer to discover it!
