#1593 Niagara Waterfall

Niagara Waterfall, Tuzi, Montenegro

About this stone

Niagara Falls of Montenegro, a horseshoe-shaped waterfall on the Cijevna River, about 14 km southeast of Podgorica near the Albanian border.
Size: Roughly 12 m high and wide, so much smaller than the real Niagara. The nickname comes from its shape. Best time to visit: Late autumn through spring, when the river is full. In summer it can shrink to a trickle or dry up completely.
We came in the middle
Of October and there was no water at all :(
