#177 Devin Castle Gardens

Devin Castle Gardens, Devin, Slovakia

About this stone

Set at the meeting point of the Danube and Morava rivers, this castle complex offers a tranquil and picturesque experience for visitors. The gardens are part of a fortress with roots stretching back to the 9th century, blending natural beauty with historical significance. Well-maintained paths wind through the grounds, lined with colorful flower beds that frame the castle ruins. It's the kind of place that invites both contemplation and exploration—a perfect spot for wandering before discovering where a penguin stone might be waiting.
