Sunshine Bay Beach is one of Queenstown’s hidden gems—a small, peaceful beach on Lake Whakatipu, about 3 km west of the town centre on the Glenorchy–Queenstown Road. It’s much quieter than Queenstown Bay and is popular with locals for swimming, picnics, and sunset views.
