#809 Mirabellgarten

Mirabellgarten, Salzburg, Austria

About this stone

This enchanting Baroque garden is one of Salzburg's most beloved public spaces, famous for its perfectly geometric flowerbeds, ornamental statues, and elegant fountains set against sweeping views of the fortress that looms above the city. It gained international fame as a filming location for The Sound of Music, and the iconic "Do-Re-Mi" steps remain a beloved pilgrimage site where visitors recreate the beloved scene. Wandering through the manicured pathways and rose-lined corners offers both architectural beauty and a touch of cinematic nostalgia.
