About this stone
One of New Zealand’s most spectacular geothermal parks, Wai-O-Tapu is famous for its vivid mineral colours, bubbling mud pools, steaming craters, and the iconic Champagne Pool. It lies about 30 minutes south of Rotorua and is one of the best natural attractions on the North Island.
