About this Stone
After a rewarding climb, we finally reached the summit of Vrch Javorské above Oščadnica, standing at 860 meters (2,822 ft) above sea level. At the top, we found a tree surrounded by colorful hiking signposts pointing toward the many trails that crisscross the Kysuce region. Hidden inside a hollow in the tree was the perfect little spot for another penguin stone. Now, this tiny explorer is keeping watch over the crossroads of the forest, ready to surprise a fellow hiker as they set off on their next adventure through the beautiful Slovak mountains.
