While exploring the peaceful surroundings of Oščadnica, we set off for a short waddle to a nearby tree. Along the way, we spotted a tree trunk that seemed like the perfect hiding place for one of our penguin stones. Now, tucked safely inside, this little penguin is waiting to surprise the next curious adventurer who passes by. Fun fact: Oščadnica is the largest village in the Kysuce region and is best known as a gateway to Veľká Rača, the highest peak in Kysuce, making it a popular destination for hiking, cycling, and winter sports all year round.
