About this Stone
The Church of the Holy Family in Ľutina was built in 2015 and is part of one of Slovakia’s most important Greek Catholic pilgrimage sites. Ľutina became a major pilgrimage destination after reported apparitions of St Nicholas in 1851. And, of course, we waddled through too! We hid a penguin stone underneath a rock near the bench, waiting for the next penguin hunter to find it.
