#1085 The Holy Trinity Church

The Holy Trinity Church, Bratislava, 🇸🇰 Slovakia

About this Stone

Tucked away in Bratislava’s Zuckermandel area, The Holy Trinity Church is a small Baroque church that feels like a piece of old Bratislava hiding in plain sight. Built between 1734 and 1738, it is especially interesting because it is one of the few original buildings that survived the large-scale demolition of historic Zuckermandel in the 1960s and 1970s. By the entrance, you can also spot statues of St. John of Nepomuk and St. Florian. Look around the stones close to St. Florian, because somewhere underneath him where the stones are, we hid a little penguin stone, waiting for its next adventurer.
