The 18th century marked a particularly glamorous chapter, when Queen Maria Theresa transformed it into a prestigious royal residence that hosted elaborate gatherings attended by European nobility. Today the meticulously restored Baroque gardens offer a serene setting to explore, with carefully maintained grounds and classical sculptural elements throughout the grounds.
