A hidden oasis in Lavender Bay, this beautiful public garden is one of Sydney's most peaceful places. It's just a 10-minute walk from Milsons Point and offers stunning harbour views without the crowds. Created by artist Wendy Whiteley, the garden transformed an abandoned railway wasteland into a lush sanctuary in memory of her husband, artist Brett Whiteley. Today it's maintained by volunteers and is free to visit.
